By placing an order with Artful Awards, you agree to pay the quoted price for the trophies and services requested. All orders are subject to availability

Payment for all orders must be made in full before trophies are produced. We accept payments through pay pal or credit /debit card. 

If your trophies are shipping, all shipping cost is known and paid for on the day of shipment. Artful Awards will make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your trophies to discuss a possible store credit return. Customized trophies are not refundable. 

We strive to provide high-quality trophies, but slight variations in color, size, and design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

All designs, logos, and content on our trophies are the intellectual property of Angela Brown and Artful Awards. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.
